NFT Checker is provided for the purpose of verifying NFTs. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

• Authenticating NFTs.
• Exploring metadata and ownership records.
• Integrating NFT verification into third-party platforms using permitted API access.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not use NFT Checker for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities (e.g., money laundering, hacking, scam projects).
• Infringing on intellectual property rights (e.g., verifying stolen or plagiarized NFTs).
• Automated scraping, data mining, or excessive API requests beyond fair use limits.
• Interfering with or disrupting platform operations, security, or blockchain interactions.

NFT Checker interacts with public blockchains. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible.
• NFT Checker does not store, control, or modify blockchain records.
• You are responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any NFT you own or trade.
• You assume full responsibility for the risks associated with blockchain-based assets.

NFT Checker provides verification data based on blockchain sources, but does not guarantee authenticity beyond what is available through blockchain analysis.

• We do not store private keys, passwords, or seed phrases.
• You are responsible for securing your wallet and private credentials.
• NFT Checker will never request your private keys. If someone claims to be us and asks for your private key, report it immediately.

NFT Checker may integrate with third-party services, including blockchain explorers, NFT marketplaces, or analytics providers. We are not responsible for their actions, security, or data practices.

If you engage with third-party platforms through NFT Checker, you do so at your own risk and must comply with their terms of service.

The NFT Checker is owned exclusively by DQA and its legal entity DIGITAL QUANTUM ASSOCIATION S.R.L., and protected by our partner professional IP firm and our in-house corporate lawyers.

Intellectual Property Rights include copyrights, trademarks, design rights, patents, trade secrets, and all proprietary rights related to the NFT Checker Software – including its source code, design, functionalities, and any associated documentation or derivative works.

• NFT Checker owns all intellectual property related to the platform, branding, and proprietary verification algorithms.
• Users retain ownership of their NFTs and wallet addresses.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or modify NFT Checker’s proprietary technology without explicit permission.

NFT Checker provides informational verification services only. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

8.2 No Warranties

NFT Checker is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Verified NFTs are free from fraud or disputes.
• Blockchain records are infallible (blockchain transactions rely on external networks).

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• NFT Checker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for financial losses, hacking incidents, or incorrect verification results due to blockchain limitations.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NFT Checker and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform.
• Violations of these Terms.
• Disputes related to NFTs you verify or trade.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NFT Checker at any time if you:

• Engage in fraudulent or malicious activity.
• Attempt to interfere with platform security.

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of NFT Checker.
